Comic books are all about the interaction between image and dialogue. So when editing the text of Tinman Comics’ comic book “Samson,” I made sure that the edits I was making matched the story’s visual content. My edits included:

1. Checking for grammar and sentence structure

2. Characterization – ensuring that each character has their own

mannerisms/style of speech that is both appropriate and consistent

throughout the comic book

3. Cohesiveness of the visual and literary content
